University of Warwick Open Webinars: Honest Hours With Faculty for Students Considering an Application

Marketing pages cannot replace a conversation with a teacher. University of Warwick has therefore launched monthly open webinars for students and working professionals worldwide who want a serious degree without leaving their country, their job, or their family. Faculty will explain what a module actually demands.

Each session has a short academic talk and a long question period. Questions may be submitted in advance by a nurse in Alexandria who cannot speak live. No question about workload will be treated as hostile.

Rania El-Masry, a public-health nurse and current student, will join a panel this month. "I will say how many hours I really spend, including reading. Applicants deserve that."

Admissions staff will stay for process questions: transcripts, references, English, and how professional experience is weighed. They will not promise outcomes.
